Peppa Pig is a massive favourite in our house, not only does my toddler Emma adore Peppa Pig, but my 3 year old does too….and my 9 year daughter who played with Peppa when she was younger still loves playing with them.
So when we were offered Peppa Pig Weebles to review, I jumped at the chance. As a child I remember Weebles with fond memories. They rolled around, but those little blighters never fell over ‘Weebles wobble but they never fall over’. I was excited to play with some modern age weebles, but was concerned that they wouldn’t live up to the traditional Weebles.
Our Peppa Pig Wind and Wobbles Playset arrived and looked brilliant!
It comes with one Weebles figure included, which is Peppa. At first glance it didn’t look like much play factor. But I was massively wrong!
Peppa can sit on the conveyor style belt, you turn the handle (which is a nice size and easy for little hands to operate) and peppa wobbles as she ascends up towards the top of the house, Peppa then cleverly plops into the house, where the wobbly floor means she wobbles down the slide. Once at the bottom she lands in the Muddy Puddle style roundabout. The flower at the bottom is then used to twist and turn the roundabout. But it doesn’t end there….Peppa has her very own swing!
All of the children had loads of fun with this set, so much so that I am actually going to buy her more from the range including the extra weebles. The toys are top quality, solid plastic and sturdy. My only grumble is that Emma got her finger caught under the swing as it is close to the floor, aside from that, it has provided lots of play factor!
