If you are a fan of Star Wars then you will know that a few weeks ago, the world was hit by Rogue One. A brand new film is coming, and along with that comes brand new LEGO Star Wars sets…something my 14 year old has been impatiently waiting for!

As with all LEGO sets, the instructions are key, and as usual they are set out brilliantly with numbered pages and parts easily visible.

It’s an amazing build! It is a great size and really has the WOW factor. Here is a comparisson for size with a minifigure…

Asking Jordan what he liked best about it, he said everything…but did break it down a little for me. He said the TIE Striker has wings that move up and down on each side, so you can set it to landing mode and flight mode. The body of the ship is a different design to the other TIE fighters, it has one end for pilot one end for weapons. It comes with 4 minifigures, Imperial Shoretrooper, Rebel Trooper in Endor Outfit, Imperial ground crew member, and a TIE pilot. It has two shooters at the bottom that shoots out spring loaded shots missiles, it comes with two missiles in the set, this really brings this model to life.

This set is an impressive Star Wars Rouge One set, any Star Wars fan would love it and we are really excited to be able to build this model. It gets a great big fat 5 out of 5!
