LEGO Nexo Knights are officially here, and they have sure made an impact!
If you are not familiar with Nexo Knights, here is a crash course in 20 seconds….The Nexo Knights are defneders of Knightron, there is Clay, Aaron, Lance, Macy, and Axl who protect Knighton from Jestro, the Book of Monsters and their army of lava monsters. You can watch the videos online here at LEGO.com or on Cartoon Network. But now you can join the action with your very own advetures with the new LEGO sets that are now available in all good LEGO stockists.
We were sent the LEGO Nexo Knights Moltor’s Lava Smash to review, and it sure has been put through it’s paces…
Included in this set is Moltor in his Lava Smasher, the Lava Smasher has moveable wheels, and when you move the wheels the rock fists move too, so they smash everything in it’s path, as if that wasn’t enough to destroy, there is also two catapults and 2 molten rocks to throw too.
You also get Aaron on his hovershield, and he even has his Blazer Bow which comes complete with 3 arrows.
There is also the Book of Chaos included too!
Finally, there is a scannable shield which means you can get the NEXO Power Rolling Fireball on the downloadable game on the free LEGO® NEXO KNIGHTS™: MERLOK2.0 app, available on smartphones and tablets.

The RRP of NEXO Knights Moltor’s Lava Smash is £17.99 and is worth every penny! If we had to guess the price I would of judge it more around the £25-£30 mark, so it’s great value for what you get, which is a complete set to play with!

Both my kids love Lego, but we haven’t come across this range yet. Have to admit the Lava Smasher looks super cool – sure it wont be long before they spot it in the shops and start asking for it!

I used to love lego as a kid! I can’t wait till my little boy is old enough to have it so I can play with it! Haha

Cool! My girls loved lego so much and this looks like a brill set. I actually still have two huge boxes of lego at home even though they’re way past that stage, I feel so reluctant to throw it out!

I need to be more informed about the new lego sets as my grandchildren get older. This information will prove to be very useful. They already love lego to bits.

Never had Legos as a child so not really into them but would be nice to gift my nephew once he’s old enough to place with them

Monkey is too young for what I call proper lego at the moment but I can not wait for him to get into this and enjoy building all of the kits. Lego is such a great toy and reminds me of my own childhood xx

Looks like great fun, I’m sure my little man would love to get his hands on some but I think he might be a bit small yet, will keep an eye out for these next year!

Lego has changed so much from when my son used to have it. These sound great, and would have been a big hit with him.
