Daddy Stu is an unsung hero in this house, he goes out to work for 12 hour days to provide us with everything we want and need, including keeping a roof over our heads. Now I know the children are too young to appreciate that, but they do know he works hard, yet is always so patient with them. He always makes time to play with them and even say good night to them even if they are already asleep and don’t even realise! So Fathers Day is a special time where we celebrate how fabulous he is, and treat him to something lovely.

Aldi sent us a hamper of goodies to make the ‘Daddy of all breakfasts’ for him, this included…

Merevale Medium Free Range Eggs – Box of 6
Specially Selected Ashfield Farm Smoked Sweetcure Streaky Bacon Rashers – £1.99, 250g
Corale Baked Beans – 32p, 420g
Village Bakery Thick White Bread – 49p, 800g
Del Rivo Orange Juice with Bits – £1.29, 1 Litre
Ashfield Farm Butcher’s Choice Sausages – £1.49, Pack of 8, 454g
Sweet Harvest Peeled Plum Tomatoes – 45p, 400g

All of these items are available all year round.

Waking up on Fathers Day the children did need some mummy to help to cook, but they were happy to help pour juice and butter the toast…

Here is Jordan’s video saying why they love their daddy so much and showing you his special breakfast!

Daddy Stu was delighted with his ‘Daddy breakfast’. He said the juice was really nice, as good as the top brand which costs £3 a carton! The bacon and sausages are great quality and even the bread toasted up lovely! Why not buy some of the bits we tried and treat the man in your life to a ‘Daddy of All Breakfasts’ no matter what time of the year it is, I’m sure they would love it (and you too!)
